Adriek van Nieuwenhuyzen

Adriek van Nieuwenhuyzen became deputy director at IDFA in 1993. From the beginning she was mainly involved in programming at IDFA  which  in twenty years time became one of the leading documentary festivals in the world. From February 2007  on  she is Head of the Industry office, in this position she is overseeing the markets and the industry program of IDFA Institute. From time to time she serves as tutor for documentary projects, in committees as selector of projects, and in festival juries.
